How can we help?

Press the "Post a job" button in the menu, fill in the title, description and location, then publish. Available workers will send offers within minutes.

After you post a job, interested workers send offers with their price. You can view each worker's profile, reviews and proposed price, then accept the offer that suits you.

Find the pro in the list of pros, open their profile and send a request with the job details. The pro gets a notification and can accept or decline. If they accept, a private chat opens.

After a job is marked as completed, you will see a "Leave a review" button in your dashboard. Reviews help other clients choose trusted workers.

Go to Settings → Worker profile, fill in the details (specialty, experience, area of activity) and activate worker mode from the menu.

Yes, you can cancel a job before a worker accepts it. If the job is already in progress, please contact the worker directly or our support team.
